Where do you ship your products from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes.
If you cannot select your country during checkout, it means that shipping to your country is currently unavailable.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees depend on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Prices typically range from USD $3 to USD $5.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Due to the ongoing pandemic, standard shipping may experience significant delays due to reduced international flight frequencies. Generally, it takes 2-3 months for delivery. We offer various shipping options with different delivery times:
- Surface Mail (2-3 months)
- Airmail (25-45 days)
- Economy Express (10-20 days)
- Express (4-12 days)
Some shipping methods may not be available to certain countries (e.g., only Express to Italy), or if your order exceeds the weight limit for a specific shipping method (e.g., orders over 2kg may not qualify for Surface Mail or Economy Express).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched (usually 2-6 days after purchase), we will send you a tracking number via email. If you don't see the email, please check your junk/spam folder. You can then track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email, or visit 17track and paste the tracking number for updates.
Can I get my order by a specific date or event?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. However, we will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Our return policy lasts for 7 days. After 7 days from the delivery date, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and free from any odors such as perfume. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear. The item must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that return shipping costs, as well as the shipping cost for replacements, are the customer's responsibility.
Who pays for return shipping and replacement shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any shipping charges for replacements.
How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Please note, return shipping costs are not refundable. If the customer refuses to return the item or if the item is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.
