Return policy
♥ Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you may return items for a refund. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund (excluding shipping fees). If you wish to purchase the item again, you can use the refunded amount for a new order. Refunds typically take 3-8 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping and express shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item.
Important: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items on sale cannot be refunded. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 7 days have passed, we will not be able to process a refund or return.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, including perfume. Products that show any signs of wear may be rejected for return. Additionally, items must be sent back in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline returns if items do not meet our return policy requirements.
♥ Return Shipping Costs
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs. Return packages remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by our team. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending back your return, as we do not take responsibility for lost packages.

♥ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
We cannot issue refunds if:
- The customer refuses to return the item.
- The returned package is lost during transit.
Again, shipping and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
♥ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as they may have additional processing times for refunds.

For orders over $50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
